There has to be a very complex approach during this global recession.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1595126\" data-originallang=\"en\">While this EI bill, Bill <a data-HoCid=\"4097002\" href=\"/bills/40-2/C-50/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Employment Insurance Act and to increase benefits\">C-50</a>, is going to help some people in the province of British Columbia, it is not the perfect solution, but how can the member look at the people that it will help in his province and say, \u201cNo, I am not willing to provide you with an extra 20 weeks.
