We are in the midst of an economic crisis and this would mean the loss of $44 million. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1555856\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> The government already aborted a call for tenders for joint support ships last August, and now we have this. We are talking about a project worth some $2.1 billion, of which $500 million will go to implementing the program. This is not Monopoly money, it is not an open bar, this is taxpayers' money. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1555857\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> Why is taking the minister so long to clear this up? </p>",
