"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"1496760\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Mr. Speaker, I would like to remind the Liberal member of one of the recommendations made in the report that the Liberal Party voted for:</p>\n<blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"1496761\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> The committee recommends that the Government of Canada draw on the work of the organization Rights and Democracy to give an independent body the mandate to conduct studies regarding the impact on rights and the environment when it is negotiating economic agreements with countries at risk, as in the case of the agreement with Colombia. </p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"1496762\" data-originallang=\"fr\">The committee also recommended the creation of an independent body to evaluate the agreement. It also recommended that no free trade agreements be signed or implemented until all the recommendations are implemented. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1496763\" data-originallang=\"fr\">From what the critic for international trade has said, am I to understand that the Liberal Party wants to ignore the recommendations that they supported when the report was tabled?</p>",
