We are talking here of a child soldier, imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay for more than six years now and subjected to acts of torture. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1283827\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Does the Prime Minister understand that he has a moral duty to discuss with President Obama the arrangements for repatriating this young Canadian citizen, Omar Khadr?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1283828\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Will he do this or will he sink\u2014</p>",
