They want us to help communities by providing drugs and general support.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1747654\" data-originallang=\"fr\">This also concerns the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Tuberculosis is a problem in a number of our first nations communities and in our own country. People are calling on the government to lead by example.</p>",
