"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"1669674\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, I know the hon. member stands up for his constituents, in terms of their concerns, especially on this proposed legislation. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1669675\" data-originallang=\"en\">His question was a very good one. We did hear from representatives from survey and market research groups, and those that expressed their concerns that such an exemption was not necessary, as long as they were not trying to sell something. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1669676\" data-originallang=\"en\">This entire bill is coming forward for those businesses that are trying to sell something. They have to live up to the regime that is being proposed in the legislation. So, those survey and market research firms would be exempted from this legislation. I want to thank the hon. member for such an excellent question.</p>",
