One day, a minister said that we had to have children, and that is exactly what we are doing.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1704928\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I want to talk about Bill <a data-HoCid=\"3765367\" href=\"/bills/40-2/C-23/\" title=\"An Act to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Colombia, the Agreement on the Environment between Canada and the Republic of Colombia and the Agreement on Labour Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Colombia\">C-23</a>. We hear more and more about fair globalization and human rights. Even President Obama is talking more and more about the right to democracy.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1704929\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I have a question for my colleague. Why is this Reform-Conservative government, that keeps introducing law and order bills because it wants to protect victims, negotiating today an agreement with Colombia, with the same people it wants to put in jail? </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1704930\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Why does this government think that it is as pure as the driven snow when in fact it is not? Is it because profits are given precedence over human rights and the right to live? As the saying goes, out of sight, out of mind. In other words, as long as it is not in our backyard, there is no problem. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1704931\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I would like my colleague to explain why these Reformists have a double standard.</p>",

Comment se fait-il que ce gouvernement r\u00e9formiste-conservateur, qui ne fait que d\u00e9poser des projets de loi concernant la loi et l'ordre parce qu'il veut prot\u00e9ger les victimes, n\u00e9gocie aujourd'hui un accord avec la Colombie, avec les m\u00eames personnes qu'il veut emprisonner?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1704930\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Comment se fait-il que ce gouvernement se sente blanc comme neige, m\u00eame s'il ne l'est pas en r\u00e9alit\u00e9? Est-ce parce que les profits sont choisis au d\u00e9triment du droit humain et du droit de vivre? Comme le dit la chanson, \u00ab loin des yeux, loin du coeur \u00bb. En d'autres mots, si cela n'a pas lieu chez nous, ce n'est pas grave.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1704931\" data-originallang=\"fr\">J'aimerais que mon coll\u00e8gue explique pourquoi ces r\u00e9formistes utilisent deux poids, deux mesures.</p>"
