Obviously, the steps that this government has taken in the past months and years recognize that fact.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1617945\" data-originallang=\"en\">As for what is needed and how much, that is going to be determined by people far more advanced in environmental policies. I would still go back to the point that when one is talking about a country as large as Canada, all things have to be taken into consideration.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1617946\" data-originallang=\"en\">Obviously, the impacts in the north are going to be great, simply because of the changes. We have to be aware of that and we have to be in an understanding and consultative mood when we are dealing with it. I take the member's comments at full value.</p>",
