In the next two years, however, it borrowed $60 billion.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1610683\" data-originallang=\"en\">I wonder how the hon. member could justify his confidence in the administration of the government if in fact over the four years it was in charge of the nation's finances it ran down the bill by $25 billion and ran it back up by more than $60 billion. How does he see that as a matter of confidence?</p>",
