First, I do not see a sense of urgency. The global crisis originated in the United States, where there is a single regulator. It is worse in the U.K., where there is a single regulator, than it is in Canada with our alleged thirteen. It is a good idea in principle, but I do not think it is a matter of urgency.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1261284\" data-originallang=\"en\">Second, at a time of economic crisis it is very important that provincial and federal governments work together in a harmonious spirit to address the real issues and challenges they face. I think to generate a big fight over this issue at this time is not a good idea.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1261285\" data-originallang=\"en\">Those are only two reasons. They are probably enough.</p>",
