However, in his speech, my colleague said the opposite, that the member in question could use proceedings from the parliamentary committee in his legal case.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1139259\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Is the member saying that there are judges in Canada who would agree to evidence being used in their courtroom that comes from a parliamentary committee subject to parliamentary privilege?</p>",
