In this budget there is one-third of what is required, meaning that 70% of the widows of Word War II and Korean veterans will not qualify.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"938023\" data-originallang=\"en\">Joyce Carter of Cape Breton is watching TV now. Will someone in the government please stand up, face the camera, and tell--</p>",
