I did have a case that I dealt with early on in my career here.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"872812\" data-originallang=\"en\">It certainly was a concern how the theft happened in the first place, but it was how it was fixed in the end, how we got somebody to respond to the fact that there had been an identity theft, and that it should be taken seriously so that it would be acted upon quickly, so that the person whose identity had been stolen could feel comfortable in moving forward with her business.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"872813\" data-originallang=\"en\">I would ask the member whether the bill deals with the after-the-fact of the theft as much as it does with the before-the-fact?</p>",
