Is that so? Here is what it says. It wants a communication strategy of open engagement with Canadians.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"872381\" data-originallang=\"en\">When can Canadians expect the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a> to start to be truthful about what is going on?</p>",
