        "en": "<p data-HoCid=\"603895\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, first, I congratulate the <a data-HoCid=\"78751\" href=\"/politicians/gary-lunn/\" title=\"Gary Lunn\">Minister of Natural Resources</a>. I believe the efforts that he is making over the long term will decrease the demand on oil and carbon based fuels. Not only is that a great way to decrease greenhouse gases, but it is also the only way I can see to decrease the price of fuel. If we do not want the stuff, the price will come down.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"603896\" data-originallang=\"en\">Before I ask my question of the member, which has to do with the wording of the motion, the member for <a data-HoCid=\"78981\" href=\"/politicians/dan-mcteague/\" title=\"Dan McTeague\">Pickering\u2014Scarborough East</a> made some derogatory comments and suggested that he might want to kick my \u201cphthpt\u201d in my riding. I would be more than happy to meet him somewhere to do exactly that.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"603897\" data-originallang=\"en\"> I am not sure you noticed, Mr. Speaker, that the gallery at the time was filled with young children. I think it shows not only a phenomenal arrogance on the part of the member, but ultimately it shows that in his 10 or 13 years here he has been completely ineffective in solving this problem.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"603898\" data-originallang=\"en\">My question is a very sincere one to the member of the Bloc. I was struggling with whether I could support the original motion. Then along came an amendment that asks the government to increase the size of government, create another group, which would create more administrative costs. We have done this six times before.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"603899\" data-originallang=\"en\">Could the member explain if there would be any leeway to go back to the original motion because I cannot support increasing the price to taxpayers on one side simply to decrease the price of gas on the other side?</p>",

Si nous n'en voulons pas, le prix diminuera.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"603896\" data-originallang=\"en\">Avant de poser ma question \u00e0 la d\u00e9put\u00e9e au sujet du libell\u00e9 de la motion, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 de <a data-HoCid=\"78981\" href=\"/politicians/dan-mcteague/\" title=\"Dan McTeague\">Pickering\u2014Scarborough-Est</a> a fait des commentaires d\u00e9sobligeants et a laiss\u00e9 entendre qu'il voudrait peut-\u00eatre me botter le \u00ab pfft \u00bb dans ma circonscription. Je me ferai un plaisir de le rencontrer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cela.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"603897\" data-originallang=\"en\">Je ne sais pas si vous avez remarqu\u00e9, monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, mais la tribune \u00e9tait remplie de jeunes enfants \u00e0 ce moment. Je crois que ces propos t\u00e9moignent d'une arrogance peu commune de la part du d\u00e9put\u00e9 et, en bout de ligne, du fait qu'en 10 ou 13 ans \u00e0 la Chambre il n'a aucunement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9gler ce probl\u00e8me. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"603898\" data-originallang=\"en\">La question que j'adresse \u00e0 la d\u00e9put\u00e9e bloquiste est tr\u00e8s sinc\u00e8re. Je me demandais si je pouvais appuyer la motion initiale, puis un amendement a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 pour demander au gouvernement d'augmenter la taille du gouvernement et de cr\u00e9er un autre groupe qui occasionnera plus de co\u00fbts administratifs. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait cela \u00e0 six reprises.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"603899\" data-originallang=\"en\">La d\u00e9put\u00e9e pourrait-elle m'expliquer s'il serait possible de revenir \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re motion, car je ne peux \u00eatre en faveur d'augmenter la facture des contribuables d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9, simplement pour r\u00e9duire le prix de l'essence de l'autre.</p>"
