Obviously, at each step, it must be determined if a given tax measure is adequate. Its fairness, its efficiency in generating revenues and its relevance must be taken into account.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"620733\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I hope that the government will display the same maturity we are finding today in Bill <a data-HoCid=\"2515623\" href=\"/bills/39-1/C-33/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Income Tax Act, including amendments in relation to foreign investment entities and non-resident trusts, and to provide for the bijural expression of the provisions of that Act\">C-33</a>, which we support, but many aspects of this issue have not been addressed.</p>",
