        "en": "<p data-HoCid=\"608829\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, in this debate it is important to look at some of the facts and I would comment that just earlier today there was an interesting fact given apparently by the member for <a data-HoCid=\"78332\" href=\"/politicians/judy-wasylycia-leis/\" title=\"Judy Wasylycia-Leis\">Winnipeg North</a> where she said that the Liberal Party over the last 13 years received $280,000 in donations from CAITI, the Canadian Association of Income Trust Investors. That organization did not even come into existence until January 2007. I believe there is a problem here.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"608830\" data-originallang=\"en\">I would like to ask the member who spoke most recently a question, since the Bloc has announced that it is not going to be supporting the motion, which in fact deals with abuses but also promotes tax fairness. Is he aware that $7.5 billion of tax revenue is lost to the Government of Canada, $6 billion of that due to the private equity takeout of income trusts, income trusts that have been bought at fire sale prices since this terrible punitive tax was announced on October 31, 2006, and a further $1.5 billion of revenue with regard to the privately urged buyout of Bell and Telus?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"608831\" data-originallang=\"en\">Tax fairness means that we have to have a system which ensures that Canadians continue to have the support of the tax revenues from Canadian business and industry. However, when we have these private equity buyouts, and they are structured in a way where Canada gets zero, that is why we have lost $7.5 billion a year projected. That is compared to the so-called tax leakage of the <a data-HoCid=\"78777\" href=\"/politicians/jim-flaherty/\" title=\"Jim Flaherty\">finance minister</a> over six years of only $5 billion. It makes no sense. Why is the Bloc not supporting the motion?</p>",

Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 sait-il que le gouvernement perd 7,5 milliards de dollars en recettes fiscales dont 6 milliards en raison des capitaux de risque priv\u00e9 retir\u00e9s des fiducies de revenu, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendues \u00e0 des prix sacrifice depuis l'\u00e9pouvantable imp\u00f4t punitif annonc\u00e9 le 31 octobre 2006, et sait-il que le gouvernement perd aussi 1,5 milliard de dollars en recettes en raison du bradage de Bell et de Telus?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"608831\" data-originallang=\"en\">L'\u00e9quit\u00e9 fiscale signifie que nous avons un syst\u00e8me qui fait en sorte que les Canadiens continuent de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des recettes fiscales provenant des entreprises et des industries canadiennes. Cependant, il y a achat d'actions priv\u00e9es selon un syst\u00e8me structur\u00e9 de telle sorte que le Canada n'obtient rien, et on pr\u00e9voit que nous aurons perdu 7,5 milliards de dollars par ann\u00e9e. Cela se compare aux pr\u00e9tendues pertes fiscales que le <a data-HoCid=\"78777\" href=\"/politicians/jim-flaherty/\" title=\"Jim Flaherty\">ministre des Finances</a> \u00e9value \u00e0 5 milliards de dollars en six ans. Cela n'a aucun sens. Pourquoi le Bloc n'appuie-t-il pas la motion?</p>"
