In the past four years, 100,000 jobs have been lost in Quebec manufacturing, 35,000 in the last year alone. And what is the government doing? It simply lowers taxes for companies that do not pay any because they are not making a profit. That is known as the laissez-faire approach.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"449149\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Will the Prime Minister admit that his strategy for helping Quebec manufacturers is not a strategy at all but an outright failure?</p>",
