The Premiers of Quebec and Manitoba both agree that this bill is unfair. Editorials from papers such as <em>The Toronto Star</em>, <em>The Globe and Mail</em> and Montreal's <em>Gazette</em> agree that this legislation must be fixed.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"830427\" data-originallang=\"en\">What will it take for the minister to admit that he made a mistake, fix this legislation and ensure fairness for all Canadians?</p>",
