"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"781226\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, like many North Vancouver residents who have contacted me, I was shocked and appalled last week by news and television accounts of the treatment and taser death of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781227\" data-originallang=\"en\">How could Mr. Dziekanski have been ignored, left alone and confused in a secure area of the airport for over 10 hours? </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781228\" data-originallang=\"en\">How could his mother, who had travelled all the way from Kamloops to greet her son, apparently be offered no assistance or compassion when Robert did not emerge as anticipated, even hours after his plane was known to have arrived?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781229\" data-originallang=\"en\">Why was a sincere effort not made to confirm her son's location before she was allowed to return to Kamloops without her son, who in fact had arrived and was only a few hundred feet away, frustrated and confused?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781230\" data-originallang=\"en\">Also, why did the RCMP who responded at the airport make what appears on video to be an almost immediate and unnecessary use of a taser, without visible consideration of any other procedures or methods of responding to Mr. Dziekanski's behaviour?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781231\" data-originallang=\"en\">Airport, immigration and border services staff and the RCMP must provide answers.</p>",

Dziekanski qui, confus, a \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9 seul dans une aire s\u00e9curitaire de l'a\u00e9roport pendant plus de dix heures?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781228\" data-originallang=\"en\">Comment se fait-il qu'on n'ait offert aucune aide ou exprim\u00e9 aucune compassion \u00e0 sa m\u00e8re, venue de Kamloops pour accueillir son fils, Robert, lorsque celui-ci ne s'\u00e9tait pas encore point\u00e9 m\u00eame des heures apr\u00e8s que son avion \u00e9tait arriv\u00e9?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781229\" data-originallang=\"en\">Pourquoi n'a-t-on pas fait d'efforts sinc\u00e8res pour lui indiquer o\u00f9 \u00e9tait son fils avant de la laisser rentrer \u00e0 Kamloops sans lui, qui pourtant \u00e9tait arriv\u00e9 et se trouvait \u00e0 quelque cent pieds d'elle, dans un \u00e9tat de frustration et de confusion?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781230\" data-originallang=\"en\">Par ailleurs, pourquoi les agents de la GRC qui sont intervenus \u00e0 l'a\u00e9roport ont-ils eu recours de fa\u00e7on aussi prompte et inutile au pistolet \u00e0 d\u00e9charge \u00e9lectrique, comme semble le montrer la s\u00e9quence vid\u00e9o, sans m\u00eame envisager de m\u00e9thodes alternatives en r\u00e9action au comportement de M. Dziekanski?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"781231\" data-originallang=\"en\">L'autorit\u00e9 a\u00e9roportuaire, les services d'immigration, les services frontaliers et la GRC doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions.</p>"
