        "en": "<p data-HoCid=\"762187\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, now we are getting into some rather substantive discussion, and therefore, the substantive discussion deserves a substantive question. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"762188\" data-originallang=\"en\">If it is important for the NDP to have the bill removed for six months so that we have no concern about safety for six months, or more important, that we send it back to committee so that the bill can be improved, the member must have in her hands the exact amendments that she thinks must be made, and she must have in her hands the suggested improvements for the House to consider. Failing that, the member is simply engaging in dilatory motions.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"762189\" data-originallang=\"en\">I would ask the member to produce something other than the CUPE prepared amendments, all of which were debated by the committee. Some of them were accepted and some of them were rejected. I wonder whether the member has something that is new and that the committee has not yet heard and that she would like the House to consider for the benefit of all Canadians.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"762190\" data-originallang=\"en\">If the House would allow me a small but incisive partisan observation, about 18 months ago the member and her party came before the House because they were unhappy with the prosperity that was visited upon the country by the Liberal government and they wanted to have a Conservative government instead. The member has one now. What is she complaining about?</p>",

Certains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9s, d'autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9s. Je me demande si la d\u00e9put\u00e9e a du nouveau mat\u00e9riel que le comit\u00e9 n'a pas encore entendu et qu'elle souhaiterait soumettre \u00e0 l'examen de la Chambre pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de tous les Canadiens.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"762190\" data-originallang=\"en\">Si la Chambre me le permet, je ferai une br\u00e8ve observation partisane tr\u00e8s percutante. Il y a environ 18 mois, la d\u00e9put\u00e9e et son parti sont intervenus \u00e0 la Chambre, car ils n'\u00e9taient pas satisfaits de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 que connaissait le pays gr\u00e2ce au gouvernement lib\u00e9ral. Ils voulaient un gouvernement conservateur. La d\u00e9put\u00e9e a maintenant son gouvernement conservateur. De quoi se plaint-elle?</p>"
