"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"7360\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, my experience is that the municipality I come from and other municipalities have been requesting leadership from the federal government on this file.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7361\" data-originallang=\"en\">The reality is that at the municipal level, there are individuals of all political stripes who feel they have been put on the spot about this issue. They have had to deal with it at the local level and they believe there should be more leadership from the federal jurisdiction that would actually help to support the case they have advanced which is the banning of pesticides.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7362\" data-originallang=\"en\">It is important to note that jurisdictional issues are very sensitive. My experience to date has been that municipalities are looking for leadership from the federal government on this and other issues with regard to human health.</p>",
