"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"353675\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Mr. Speaker, it is with great pride that I acknowledge today the 150th anniversary of the municipality, parish and township of Valcourt in my riding.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"353676\" data-originallang=\"fr\">The history of Valcourt began in 1856, when the parish was built. Since then, Valcourt has flourished through its industrial activities, a source of pride to all. The multinational company Bombardier is the economic driver of the region. We also have the J. Armand Bombardier museum, which presents the life and works of this great inventor and entrepreneur. Valcourt has become the capital of snowmobiling.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"353677\" data-originallang=\"fr\">We also have an incredible winter carnival, which celebrated its 40th anniversary this year. Each year, two outstanding personalities are named duke and duchess at this carnival.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"353678\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Today, Valcourt has 2,500 inhabitants. I want to wish them all a wonderful time as they celebrate the 150th anniversary of their municipality, parish and township.<sup></sup></p>",

Depuis, Valcourt rayonne en r\u00e9gion, notamment par ses activit\u00e9s industrielles qui font d'ailleurs la fiert\u00e9 de tous. La multinationale Bombardier constitue le moteur \u00e9conomique de cette r\u00e9gion. On y retrouve \u00e9galement le mus\u00e9e J. Armand Bombardier qui pr\u00e9sente la vie et l'oeuvre de ce grand inventeur et entrepreneur. Valcourt est donc devenu la capitale de la motoneige. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"353677\" data-originallang=\"fr\">On y retrouve \u00e9galement un incroyable carnaval d'hiver qui f\u00eatait sa 40<sup>e</sup> \u00e9dition cette ann\u00e9e. On y nomme une duchesse et un duc qui se sont d\u00e9marqu\u00e9s au cours de l'ann\u00e9e par leur personnalit\u00e9. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"353678\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Aujourd'hui, Valcourt compte 2 500 habitants que je salue. Je leur souhaite de tr\u00e8s belles festivit\u00e9s \u00e0 l'occasion du 150<sup>e</sup> anniversaire de leur municipalit\u00e9, paroisse et canton. </p>"
