There are 51 Conservative amendments that are holding it up in the Senate. I agree it should be improved, but we should never rush through detailed legislation. I commend the Conservative members in the Senate who have found so many improvements. Hopefully, there is no one in the House who would not like thoughtful debate of any bill that comes through the House.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"256482\" data-originallang=\"en\">I do not think any member here would suggest that any act should be rushed through the House without proper consideration.</p>",
