"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"286440\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Mr. Speaker, speaking of hypocrisy, I would like to quote this weekend's <em>Globe and Mail</em>.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"286441\" data-originallang=\"en\">An article in this past weekend's <em>Globe and Mail</em>, speaking to the Liberal policy and its criticism of this government's representation abroad in Kyoto, states:</p>\n<blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"286442\" data-originallang=\"en\"> It is the hypocrisy that is most distressing. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"286443\" data-originallang=\"en\"> If only the former Liberal government had matched his unbecoming sanctimony with real accomplishments. </p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"286444\" data-originallang=\"en\">We will not deliver that kind of unbecoming sanctimony. We are honest with the world that the Liberals wrecked this country's commitment to the Kyoto accord. We are doing our best to make up for the lost ground under 13 years of Liberal inaction.</p>",
