"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"217462\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, it is utterly bizarre that the <a data-HoCid=\"78784\" href=\"/politicians/124/\" title=\"Bill Graham\">Leader of the Opposition </a>is complaining that ministers are willing to come to committee and answer questions from members of Parliament. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"217463\" data-originallang=\"en\">I think the reason for these kinds of ridiculous questions is that the<a data-HoCid=\"78784\" href=\"/politicians/124/\" title=\"Bill Graham\"> Leader of the Opposition</a> would like to cover up what his friends over in the Senate are doing. They are trying to change the accountability act to create a separate Senate ethics officer. They want to delay the coming into force of provisions on political donations for a year. They want to increase the amount of money that can be given to political parties. They want to grandfather political staff that should not have been appointed in the first place, contrary to what Gomery recommended. They are being completely unaccountable and irresponsible.</p>",
