I do know that under the clean air act which my colleague, the <a data-HoCid=\"78760\" href=\"/politicians/rona-ambrose/\" title=\"Rona Ambrose\">Minister of the Environment</a>, introduced recently we are looking at sources of renewable energy including wind power. That will have to be a part of the design as we go forward which I am sure would include the type of initiatives that my colleague refers to in the Gasp\u00e9.</p>",
