So far the government has changed the rules half way through on the election, imposed a gag order and arbitrarily struck thousands of farmers off the voters list.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"217494\" data-originallang=\"en\">Will the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a> stop bullying Canadian farmers and commit to the House that there will be a free and fair vote on the Canadian Wheat Board?</p>",
