"en": "<p>Madam Speaker, before beginning the debate, as such, I rise on a point of order. Consultations have taken place among the parties, and, if you seek it, you will find there is unanimous consent to adopt the following amendment. I move:</p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>That <a href=\"/bills/986/\" class=\"related_link legislation\" title=\"An Act respecting certain aspects of legal capacity for marriage for civil purposes\">Bill C-38</a> be amended by adding, after line 5 on page 6, the following:</p>\n<p>11.1 Section 149.1 of the Act is amended by adding the following after subsection (6.2):</p>\n<p>(6.2.1) For greater certainty, subject to subsections (6.1) and (6.2), a registered charity with stated purposes that include the advancement of religion shall not have its registration revoked or be subject to any other penalty under Part V solely because it or any of its members, officials, supporters or adherents exercises, in relation to marriage between persons of the same sex, the freedom of conscience and religion guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>If you seek the unanimous consent of the House, I believe you will find it.</p>",
