"en": "<p>Mr. Speaker, since this is about the budget I have a very simple question, but I will give a quick preamble.</p>\n<p>It has been two and a half years since the government came to Windsor and announced $150 million for the border infrastructure fund to make improvements to the corridor and there is still no pavement between Windsor and Detroit. The third crossing will cost some $300 million to $400 million, and at least hundreds of millions of dollars more for pavement to link highways to the third crossing, yet there is only $50 million left in this budget.</p>\n<p>Why are there no additional dollars in <a href=\"/bills/991/\" class=\"related_link legislation\" title=\"An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 23, 2005\">Bill C-43</a> to solve the problem at the Windsor-Detroit border? Does the government not care about the people of Essex and Windsor?</p>",
