Mr. Speaker, the new Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development says she is a woman of principle. On April 13, she voted in favour of the establishment of an independent EI fund, a measure proposed by the Bloc Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois to prevent the government from continuing to divert money from the fund at the expense of the unemployed.
