I would have liked to hear more about practical solutions from him, because that is what we are looking for in terms of fiscal imbalance.</p>\n<p>Unfortunately, he did not say much about such practical solutions, and I will give him a chance to do so. In fact, according to the speech I heard, we are dealing here with an argument imbalance rather than a fiscal imbalance.</p>\n<p>The choice that needs to be made is that of improving the lot of people out there, whatever the region they live in. With regard to mine, Gasp\u00e9sie and \u00celes-de-la-Madeleine, I can tell you that people without jobs were truly robbed. And furthermore, the robber had accomplices. This fraud, which has in fact turned into a robbery, cannot be remedied with words or argument that cause us to fall into rhetoric whereby, according to the speech I have just heard, all is well and good.</p>\n<p>All is not well and good.
