Balancing a budget by increasing taxes on the backs of taxpayers is not a miracle. The government members are bragging about the budget. I consider the budget to be a tax and spend budget.</p>\n<p>The member for Edmonton--Strathcona mentioned that EI premiums were decreasing by only 2\u00a2. Would the member agree with me that the government, instead of reducing the premium significantly, has stolen $25 billion from the EI fund that belongs to employers and employees?</p>",
