Without this recognition, new veterinarians in Quebec will suffer. The government of Quebec has already done its part by injecting more than $40 million.</p>\n<p>Will the minister of agriculture tell us when the federal government will do its part and come up with the $59 million being requested? The situation is urgent.</p>",
