"en": "<p>Mr. Speaker, I had not intended to rise on this point but now that the hon. member has raised it, there could be a precedence here that should be looked at either by the Chair, and if not, then perhaps House leaders could arrive at a consensus to make a recommendation, if there is none available, to the Chair immediately.</p>\n<p>It seems that using Standing Order 31 for the purpose of fundraising for charitable causes, and in this case a very excellent one, is perhaps a precedent that we should be very careful of setting.</p>",
