That is quite a bit considering that it represents 24% of the population.</p>\n<p>As well, we have seen the health minister emphasize the need for efficiencies. We are back to a large percentage of the funding of health, but there is a need for all provinces to come together to make a more efficient system. It requires all their input.</p>",
