        "en": "<p>Mr. Speaker, with respect to the labour rate there is no question the hon. member across the way has to recognize that the 15,300 new jobs created this last month is good news.</p>\n<p>Only the Reform Party would believe that job creation is bad news. When we look at the impact of the unemployment rate, the participation rate has come up.</p>\n<p>Why do people come back into the marketplace? It is because they have confidence that they can find a job. That is why Canadians are re-entering the labour force.</p>\n<p>I hope the hon. member across the way would recognize that fact and use that information in his next question.</p>",
