We recognize that certain sectors are doing well, but the problems still exist. We have serious problems that the government is not addressing.</p>\n<p>As I mentioned earlier in my comments, 42% of our farm operators are over the age of 55. The average age of farmers in Nova Scotia is 52.2 years. There are no young people entering the industry. There is a reason. It is because of the policies of the government.</p>",
