        "en": "<p>Mr. Speaker, I would like to offer my warmest congratulations to mayors Peter Yeomans of Dorval Bill McMurchie of Pointe-Claire, Roy Kemp of Beaconsfield, Ann Myles of Baie-d'Urf\u00e9, and Bill Tierney of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue on their re-election.</p>\n<p>I also wish to take this opportunity to congratulate all the municipal councillors who were elected or re-elected in these cities in the riding of Lac-Saint-Louis.</p>\n<p>We have established on the West Island of Montreal a remarkable tradition of co-operation and harmony among the three levels of government: municipal, provincial and federal.</p>\n<p>I look forward to continuing this close co-operation with all the mayors and their councils, as well as my National Assembly colleagues to whom I offer my warmest wishes for re-election.</p>\n<p>May the spirit of co-operation and harmony which animates our West Island region live on and on.</p>",
