Undoubtedly the Speaker thought that the bill would be recalled and the member could finish his intervention.</p>\n<p>Of course, if there is unanimous consent, we can do anything that the House wishes to do. I wonder if the member wishes to ask for unanimous consent to complete his intervention.</p>",
