        "en": "<blockquote>\n<p>moved for leave to introduce Bill C-233, an act to provide for the settlement of labour disputes affecting west coast ports by final offer arbitration.</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>Mr. Speaker, I would like to thank the hon. member for Calgary Northeast for seconding my bill.</p>\n<p>This is the second time this bill has been presented to the House. I presented it to the House during the last Parliament. I think that introducing it to the House now is timely because we expect that amendments to part I of the Canada Labour Code will come back to the House.</p>\n<p>My motion impacts very positively on a final offer selection arbitration settlement mechanism for west coast ports. It would be a welcome addition to part I of the labour code. I look forward to debating it in the House.</p>\n<p>(Motions deemed adopted, bill read the first time and printed)</p>",
