I suppose it is not really the time to be fighting each other but I know who is who in the Liberal Party and I know who we owe in the Liberal Party when we get here: We owe the people who put us here.</p>\n<p>With respect to the motion by the sponsoring member, the hon. member for Sarnia-Lambton, I would urge all of my colleagues to support Bill C-216. It is an amendment that seeks to clarify the intent of the legislation.</p>\n<p>I congratulate the member for Sarnia-Lambton for introducing this much needed legislation.</p>",
