I do not know what that has to do with the unity of this country.</p>\n<p>The old vision has not worked. Its defenders continue to create divisions on cultural and linguistic lines, pitting one region against another and preserving the status quo. Will the Prime Minister assure the House that all voters and not just governments will have a say on this issue through a national referendum?</p>",
