        "en": "<p>Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. I believe if you ask, you will receive unanimous consent so that the finance committee might table its fourth report. This involves the examination of the legislation affecting Canada's financial institutions.</p>\n<p>In tabling this report, I would like to thank, first of all, the employees of the House of Commons, particularly our clerks, who have done such a fantastic job of getting this ready in such record time. They had very little time.</p>\n<p>I also want to thank all Mps, committee members and particularly, from the official opposition, the hon. member for Saint-Hyacinthe-Bagot. I did not give him much time to reply to the majority report, but his co-operation was greatly appreciated.</p>",
