That bombing, which could have injured local residents, was yet another episode in the gang war which has been going on for several months in the Montreal region and which is related to control of the drug trade.</p>\n<p>Since the conflicts between various trafficking groups are escalating, will the Minister of Justice amend the Criminal Code to include specific anti-gang provisions?</p>",
