I see a parliamentary secretary has arrived and I appreciate that.</p>\n<p>I will get on to my second comment. I was quite interested to hear my colleague from Calgary North speak about cigarette and tobacco advertising. She made the statement that it should be banned. This is quite a serious statement. I am sure she has some very concrete reasons for suggesting that. I would be quite curious to find out what rationale the hon. member has for suggesting that cigarette advertising should be banned in Canada.</p>",
