The government undertook to reduce the number of such mortalities.</p>\n<p>The government also undertook to help children in war-torn countries, to help children who wanted a normal education, and to respect the work done by children.</p>\n<p>For all these promises made by the government, I present this petition, signed by 1,200 students of the \u00c9cole polyvalente Paul-Arseneau.</p>",
