There are many participants\u2014or candidates, as we call them\u2014who come to the services looking to do something completely different. It's more like a career change. We're building out the ability to transfer the skills and the training that they've had. Others want to do something similar. For those who have identified gaps, or aren't sure whether there are gaps, we support them, through labour market research, to understand where they fit or what those challenges are. That early access into the services also helps them to plan and take action before they find themselves released.</p>",
