When you look at ports, you look at customers that are receiving inbound and outbound traffic. Sometimes there are periods where you have too much traffic, too much to deal with, so we like to provide alternatives to our stakeholders, such as storage opportunities just outside, and not too far away where we're able to give them what they need. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8018014\" data-originallang=\"en\">That's the type of service we've been providing to the port authority. The air is more like a hand to mouth, because everybody's needs are different. Sometimes customers are having a hard time going through the bunching of their product, or what have you, and they need an alternative. We provide that alternative, and sometimes that alternative requires investment, so that's probably where we would look at it.</p>",
