He is the chief scientist and assistant deputy minister, innovation and energy technology sector. From the National Research Council Canada we have Mr. Ian Potter, vice-president of engineering, and Mr. Paul Treboutat, director general, Centre for Surface Transportation Technology.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2725928\" data-originallang=\"en\">Thank you for being here.
